Meet our members!
Pride of Kentucky welcomes all visitors! We would love to meet you! Once COVID restrictions end, come see us any Tuesday at 7:30 pm at our home on the "sunny side" of Louisville - just over the bridge in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Our address is 221 Kopp Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, where we have our own building, recently named Harmony Hall! If you have any questions, feel free to call 502-368-SONG (368-7664) any time or send an email directly to our membership chair.
Our members are women from all walks of life and range in age from 10 to 80 plus. If you can carry a tune, you can sing barbershop. You don't have to know how to read music, all you have to know is how to have fun! Our dynamo director, Debbie, will lead the way!
When is the last time you enjoyed singing? It's time to put put music back in your life. Let us help you find your voice!

As a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, we sing four-part acapella harmony in the barbershop style. POKY, (as we affectionately call ourselves), is primarily an educational organization. Every rehearsal is a learning opportunity as well as a time to develop our skills.
Click here and scroll down to see what Deke Sharon, the father of modern a cappella music, had to say about barbershop music and the Pride of Kentucky Chorus.
We provide learning tracks, section rehearsals, and personalized feedback to help you learn your music. You'll also learn about good vocal production, barbershop craft, the art of performing, and our crack choreography team will have you dancing like Ginger Rogers in no time!
Pride of Kentucky is one big family. Many visitors have said that the first thing they noticed when they walked through our doors was the great sense of fellowship they felt. Rehearsal is a place to leave your troubles at the door and to renew your spirits with song and friendship.
Come visit us and let our harmony welcome you!
